Reading & Book Signing
Ranked by the American Film Institute as one of the top 100 Greatest Love Stories, The Princess Bride has continued to win a place in the hearts of movie audiences for over 25 years. When actor Cary Elwes (Westley) and his fellow cast members reunited to celebrate the film's anniversary, they were also reminded of how many fond memories they shared while making it. In his new book, Elwes takes us inside their movie-making experience, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the classic film filled with never-before-told stories, exclusive photographs, interviews with almost the entire cast, and anecdotes that reveal just how much the film has meant to so many people.
Joining us for this special reading and signing, Elwes will draw from his book and share his own memories in a conversation about the classic film with Nicole Brodeur of the Seattle Times.
- Elwes will be signing only his new book As You Wish.
- He will be happy to personalize books.
- Due to time constraints, posed photography will not be allowed.
- Guests are welcome to take candid photos while standing in line.
